I don't really understand what you mean? Every spell on the site IS totally free. There are no sections that require paying any money to access. You have to register to see the steps of the spells but registration is completely free.

On a side note. The posts and a few of the other profile page links aren't working on this site. Is there an admin email or anything?

I'd like you to explain why having a harry potter spells section is bad.

I'm not sure why you'd think it was a spam site what with the lack of any adverts or spam. So the inclusion of the words wicca spells and witchcraft spells as well as the inclusion of a harry potter spells section leads you to say "This is-
I can't-
What is-
How could-
What is this I don't even ...
