Set-Typhon and highest self
I posted almost a year ago about my two-headed astral serpent, I still don't know much about it other than. it is a part of Set-Typhon. It lives in my third eye with the other end coming out my tail bone sort of. Not sure where the other head is atm. Set-Typhon stays above me, Set is to my right, Ny...

Re: Whatcha reading?
Cool, good stuff everyone! I've just started grad school so now I'm reading mostly stuff about Leadership (since my major is Leadership and Professional advancement). It's actually pretty interesting. [cool]

Kemetics and LaVeyans-an interesting observation
I have recently come to realize something interesting. I get the same reaction out of Kemetics that I do with LaVeyans, or at least similar. I suppose it's because I have enough in common with them, but completely different views. I deal with some Egyptian gods, making me close enough to Kemetics, h...

Whatcha reading?
There are posts about tv, movies, music. I mostly read. So what is everybody reading? I just finished this story: http://www.fanfiction.net/s/8602454/1/The-Threat-from-the-Deep It's based on the Sith philosophy. Takes the ideas of Sith and Jedi from Star Wars but there are no light sabers, droids, o...

No offense Asurendra, but you don't get to decide those things or take breaks. If you "choose" not to see what they want you to see, things get ugly fast. The only real choice is do what they want or go insane.

I love it all, and thanks Tsukuyomi. Gore, zombies, psychological, magickal creatures, whatever. I especially love Lovecraft, that's my favorite!

Horror Fans
I have just started a new website called "All Things Horror" and it's pretty self explanitory. I have a ton of pages, I talk about games, attractions, tv shows, movies, books, collectibles and whatever else I can think of that has to do with horror. The website address is http://allthingsh...

This is a really old post. She left the forum. However, she had known how to ground and center, and LBPR for the last 20 years. So that wasn't the problem.

Re: Could I accidentally used magick?
Belief is a powerful thing. If you are attributing every bad thing that happens to a certain object, I think it's the same as cursing it. One way people create altars and give statues and objects power is by giving them credit for good things that happen. So what you might try instead is every time ...

Re: LHP Shamanism
Ok, I just realized something. I mean I've always known this, just have never seen it written like this. LHP deals with chaos realms, while RHP deals with cosmic realms. So if someone is LHP dealing mainly with the realms and gods of chaos, are they still shamans? Or do they have another name? Is it...

Re: No path
I'm posting something in the shamanism forum about this, but I think it should go here too. I've always known this but never articulated it correctly. The main difference between RHP and LHP is that RHP deals with cosmic realms and LHP deals with chaos realms (besides the self deification thing).

Re: Black Dementor/Ring Wraith/sort of thingies
Thank you all for the responses. I don't know much about them, but will tell all I know. They definitely aren't shadow people, I've seen those...these are a bit different. They don't make sound, but can if attacking (but I've never been attacked). Sound may be one kind of attack, but they don't alwa...

Black Dementor/Ring Wraith/sort of thingies
Has anyone ever seen or heard of these things? It gets freezing when they come around just like in Harry Potter. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I guess that's what you get when you buy a spell from a fortune teller.

Re: LHP Shamanism
Yes I've read some of Stephen Flowers. Thanks for the info! I'm not sure what I'm looking for, but I was given something to try. My father just died about a month ago, but I think I'm aiming for ancient relatives...maybe. Ugh, my daughter just threw a bunch of shit off the balcony. Gotta go, thanks ...

Re: LHP Shamanism
Perhaps you need a trip to Peru or something. [grin] Find the shamans in the middle of nowhere that still practice the same way their ancestors did.
It sounds like most of the rituals and books about shamanism would not be for me at all. I will have to check out Pomba Gira, sounds interesting.

Re: LHP Shamanism
Oh I totally forgot about the ancestral link to shamanism, thank you so much! I forgot that was important. To be honest I know very little about shamanism. I even had to look up what you posted. I don't even know what types there are, though I seem to be learning some form of Siberian shamanism (I t...
