Yes,
there is Chaos practitioners on this forum but we all have quite much our own workings and paradigms.
In that sense we have not so much to share here as common facts or norms.
Discussion of course is always welcome.

Re: Question about motionlessness practice (Liber MMM pg14)
Old practice of ancient Yogi´s was to keep one´s gaze directed to the light of candle and try to stare it bit by bit. This strenghten one´s eyes in long run. I think that without blink is more about practice. You practice and you evolve, You practice more and evolve more.. Results by investing. Eyes...

MMM would be 3000 in the Roman numbering system, but I like to think of it as the onomatopoeia "Mmm."

Re: Neuroscience and the Subconscious
In many ways mind creates the reality we are living. This can be seen in relation between mind, perception and reality. Your way to see reality you are living in is the reality you are living in and like zen-practitioners ask "does reality vanish when I die", should we also put serious con...

Re: Chaos and Tarot?
It's sort of a "I reserve the right to change my mind" attitude. That's pretty much the definition of chaos magick. Which is why I figured it would be a good place to start. It seems like an approach to magick that is perfect for the way I learn. Try this, try that, see what works. I hate...

But that's just my personal perspective. I'm no expert by any means. I enjoyed reading your post and in many parts I agree with the view you have to tarot. Just for saying something else, I will quote this last sentence of your post by saying to it, that too often magicians seem to attach this &quo...

Re: Chaos and Tarot?
The tarot doesn't have to have anything to do with the church if you don't want it to. The tarot represents a pattern all paradigms recognize in some shape or form. I see tarot simply as a tool for getting contact with my subconscioussness and have experienced it as a working tool. Paradigm is inde...

Re: Atheistic vs LaVeyan
Some atheist will tell you that you can't be both atheist and deal with any form of superstition, religion, magic or such. Lavey clearly states that you have to believe in magic for it to work. They also have ceremonies like a church and other elements of religion. That's probably because most athe...

Re: Personal Sigil
I think that sigil without intention is not so powerful than sigil which has been used as a tool of intention. In that sense seeing a sigil of another magician does not necessarily do anything in magical context. To me sigil is always very personal and I only use ones I have drawn myself. That´s bec...

Re: Is belief absolutely necessary to make magick work?
There is some sects of magic who see doubt as a powerful tool, but even those traditions (like Satanism for example) state that suspension of disbelief is more or less essential part of success in ones working. In Chaos the belief may be seen as a tool which you can use to success. This Chaos Magic ...

Banishing techniques?
Hi, I thought to start discussion about banishing the Sigil, cause sometimes I have experienced it little difficult to banish the whole Sigil and it´s intention completely. I have done experiments with my own Sigils and I have got mostly good results with them. Charging is quite easy and I usually u...

Re: Atheistic vs LaVeyan
Atheistic Satanism and the philosophy of LaVey does not differ anyway, cause they are more or less one and same thing. The Church of Satan defines Satanism purely carnal and atheistic philosophy. They neither use the word LaVeyan cause they think there is only one form of Satanism, which was codifie...

Re: Sigil Magick thru Sortilege
I think that's a brilliant idea and like brilliant ideas usually, it should be tested.
My opinion about magic is, that everything should be tested objectively, so I recommend you to go for it and then report if you got some positive results. [yay]

Personal sigils are usually the most effective ones. Though Grimoires are full of sigils, calls and demons, the real effect usually comes through persons own experiments.

Re: Essence of magick
I don't think it's even possible to empty the whole idea of Chaos to one certain book, cause it's so highly individualistic path. Carroll's book was a great catalog of certain views, ideas and closing points, but I don't think it's intention was to be any "Satanic bible of Chaos magic", wh...

Re: Mantra advice needed
I need advice on mantra recitation. Can I recite mantras lying on bed comfortably (sleeping posture)? Or is it compulsary that I have to sit erect? Is it harmful if mantra is recited while lying down on bed? I'm asking this because I find it so much more comfortable than sitting posture. In Eastern...
