Re: Shamanism/Magick.
I have been considering lucid dreaming also, as I used to have them all the time and am able to exert a decent amount of control over them, but at the time it didn't occur to me to use them for a purpose.

Re: Technology and Magick
Here is a short video of mine because I think you might find it interesting. http://sendvid.com/5ysc08u2 Rin, I looked into them and it has given me a new interest in binaural beats. I had previously read research that had said they didn't seem to work so I had not been using them but i did a bit mo...

Shamanism/Magick.
Hi, I have been into the practice of magick for a while now and have a bit of experience of most aspects of it. I have good success with my work in this regard and it has significantly improved my life and my relationship to the universe, and I have plans to progress in each of the different magicka...

Re: Beginning my work with the Pyschonaught Field Manual
The Psychonaut Field Manual is what turned me from reading about magick to practising magic, well along with Advanced Magick For Beginners by Alan Chapman. I think it turns the subject from being big and daunting to being fun and approachable. I hear a lot of people don't like it though as it is a b...

Re: How do you empower your work?
That sounds extremely similar to my technique, in essence. I have been working mostly with self created sigils and artistic objects which have been based around the sigils or have been inscribed with them. For example a clay crow skull marked with the sigil of a servitor to be used as its physical b...

Re: Tried a New Way (to me) of Firing Off a Sigil...
Ohhh the Michael Harner stuff is exactly what I have been looking for. I found it difficult to find the simpler shamanic drum stuff on YouTube. So much of it seems to have spacey music over it or binaural beats, or it just isnt long enough to maintain a trance. There was a guy on YouTube for a while...

Re: Tried a New Way (to me) of Firing Off a Sigil...
In my experience, using drugs and music is an excellent way to get into a trance state and focus your mind on a magical act. Also using the same music each time can very quickly get you into the same state as the previous times. I wonder how the lyrics might effect the intent of the work however. I ...

Pity your gig got cancelled, that sounded like a good way to launch the sigil.

Technology and Magick
Hi, I would like to share some experiences I have had while using machines to augment my magical practices in case anyone might find it interesting or may perhaps have some advice or criticism on the topic. I have been practising magick for about two years now. I was into it in my late teens and ear...

Re: Chaos Servitors: A User's Guide by Phil Hine
Hey, Any chance I could get a copy of that too? I am just about to make a new servitor and I would love to hear Phil Hines ideas on it as I loved his other stuff. I have been using a modified version from psychonaut field manual, but I personally did use naming as I intend to keep these servitors fo...
