The Hoodoo Truth by Doc Conjure
Motumbá Àse I know that Hoodoo is not an ATR nor a ADR because, first of all it isn't religion at all, it's a practice, it's a tradition. But also, because it's not exclusively afro descendant. Most of it's concepts come from african traditions, but their herbalism comes mostly from Native Americans...

Re: Uncrossing concluded
Motumbá Àse A) How do I get rid of the pictures I used for the ritual? Burning, cutting, recycling, burying? I don't know if it really matters symbolically (I'd just cut the picture and place it in the recycle bin). Burning releases energies, burying kills the energies, throwing something in the wat...

Orìṣà ÒṢÙMÀRÈ, The transformer
Motumbá Àse Here I share a little text about an Oriṣa (Orisha in english, Orichá in spanish and Orixá in portuguese) that is not well understood, because He's not just quit an Oriṣa, He is actually a Vodun. He's known in Haitian Vodou as Damballah and the other serpent deities like Simbi, Ayida Wedo...

Re: anybody worked as a phone psychic
Motumbá Hi I am wondering if anyone has worked as a phone psychic or knows the score with that, although I know it is seen as a lot of them aren't genuine psychics is it hard to get work and make money doing it? (I am uK based) In my earlier days I did worked as a phone psychic for a callcenter. I r...

Motumbá I got hired to clean out an old barn once. Water and soap will always do the job, but yes, it takes a lot more effort the more shit there is. And today people have a kinda of "pokemon, gotta catch them all" mentality with protection. We don't need to mix 5 traditions together to ge...

Motumbá Àse, Rock, Chant the Hare Krishna mantra, aloud or mentally. And do not underestimate this because of it's simplicity. Re: It looks like I've been hexed
Motumbá, Quick question: What do I do with candle remains (they didn't burn down completely) and the circle of salt? Do I need to renew the circle of salt every time or I can reuse it? I read that to get rid of something the moon must be waning. Will the ritual work the same despite the moon is waxi...

Re: "Spirit Cooking" in democratic party.
Motumbá Àse, In Chile, it's known in the esoteric and occult circles that a lot of politicians have spiritual advisores and occultists working for them. I know that for a fact because very close people (in the order) have been invited to participate. In the 80's, one of my closest occult friend was ...

Re: It looks like I've been hexed
You need to make some uncrossing oil (just oil and herbs) Put that on either 1 large candle that you burn for 7 days or 7 smaller candles that you burn (one for each day). You need to clean your house. All of it. And do a ritual bath everyday. (Works with ritual showers as well). Motumbá Àse! Des, ...

Hello Willow. Yes, I did get professional help. I went to a Palera. She did readings for me and said I am not possessed. She believes since I am a medium, it is all about astral gunk and pent-up energy of my previous magical work. She send me a bag of bitter herbs to cleanse myself. She was a Demon...

Re: My Tickling, Twitching and Higher Self?
Motumbá Àse Don't fear your higher self, that's what will protect you from dark forces. Abandon thinking, feel, use your intuition. If this is indeed your higher self then you will feel okay about it when it comes time to establish connection. What about if it's not? Very bad advice that one. If it'...

Lonewolf is correct, you put the 11 digit number of the address into the youtube tags and it should show as the playable video. You can also upload attachments using the posting form, the tag for that is at the bottom of the form. If you put something up and it's not showing properly let me or anot...

Re: more effective work/spell/ritual for wealth(money)?
Motumbá Àse, magician In my experience, you need at least two kinds of work to be really succesful. 1.Cleansing/banishing 2.Attracting And maybe a third, protecting/shielding. If you have bad luck in your financial life it might be that you need to cleanse, to banish bad luck, bad spirits, etc. Then...

Re: The symbols of Gardner's children
The degrees are represented by those pentagrams. The pentacle is more of a general thing for witches or pagans. I do wear one and I'm not wiccan. Just "witch", so to speak. The pentagram represents the interaction of the five elements. The pentacle represents the interaction of the element...

It's Pranayama.
You breathe actively with the right nostril for fire breathing. Breathe slowly with the left for cool meditative state.

Motumbá Àse and welcome! I don't like much (or at all) Buckland's book "magic-wise". If you are into the "witchy/wiccan" style I recomend Edain McCoy's "Making Magic". She's a wiccan but her book isn't insistant in the wiccan stuff, though she mentions it, and she's mor...

Motumbá To the OP. Sprinkle your face with cold water. Touch your fingers, massage your hands one with the other. Massage your arms. That brings you to "now". Massage your feet, the plant of yor feet. Do some sit ups, jump a little (low hight). That activates you root/basic chakra and root...
