Which is your favourite Tarot deck?

Hi guys, Which Tarot deck do you prefer to use? I myself find the Deviant Moon to be my most favourite, as it gives me the best readings, plus I feel very deeply moved by the amazing art and depth of character in the cards. Ive owned a huge number of decks over the years, but the Deviant Moon deck h...

Re: Coming of the Antichrist

Id personally be quite keen to get micro-chipped with all my plastic card data - it would save having to carry around a wallet, plus I'd never have to worry about anyone stealing my credit card or eftpos card - that would just be fantastic in my eyes. I dont care that the Christians think its a bad ...

the average mage still has to go to work every day to pay their bills, still brushes their teeth in the morning and still wipes their arse when they use the toilet I was sitting on the toilet this morning taking a dump and Lam the alien was telling me how many times to wipe it. Does that make Lam m...

Re: Interpreting this pendant

You see, the problem I have with this being a crescent moon is that the connection for the chain to go through is on the side rather than on the tip of the moon, so it would hang wrong. If its a fish tail however it would hang perfectly. Also, the swirly patterns look like theyre designed to highten...

Re: Are there any Luciferians here?

Ive personally found that the best Satanists are the people who have gone from a very strict Christian upbringing into a state of moratorium, then into a theistic Satanic viewpoint. Such people then get a grounding in religion and dogma before they learn about the more free and worldly Satanic viewp...

Re: The hamster god, Eeek

Making observances to Eeek are quite simple - you place a lettuce leaf on your head and then eat a lettuce leaf whilst looking around tentatively for threats. If there are no threats you then eat the lettuce leaf that was on your head. If there are still no threats then Eeek will have heard your unv...

Re: Gods appear in dreams?

I would say that there is a difference between a dream of a god or goddess and a vision given to you by the same whilst asleep. The first is your own mind processing something in the vein of the supernatural whilst the second is a vision given to you by an external force. Therefore, to be completely...

The hamster god, Eeek

A god I'd like to draw your attention to is Eeek, god of the hamsters. Eeek is mighty in that he teaches us to prize lettuce above all things, to run away from our foes, and to do as little as possible whenever possible. Praise Eeek through consuming lettuce and avoiding danger.

Re: Blending Christ.

The biggest problem I see with following the Bible is that its been modified so heavily through its association with the church, which itself has its own goals and aspirations, the greatest example being the Council of Nicea in which the structure of the Bible was decided upon in the first place. Th...

I dont know my magic is working, but half the time I dont know if my heart is beating either - I just have to trust that it is and that my body knows how to look after itself. Magic for me has become so much an element of my day to day existence that I just trust its there and that it will work. Tha...

Re: Am I right in assuming this place is quiet?

I'm not unhappy with this place at all, I was merely commenting on there not being a whole lot of posting going on here is all. As to the number of active people, it was merely an observation of posters over a couple of days of scanning profiles and watching who came and went, nothing more. Like I s...

Hello, Am I right in assuming that this place is going through a bit of a quiet spell at the moment, or have all the posters left or something? I've been looking through all the profiles and it looks like OF only has at the most five active members now, which is a bit sad really. I dont mind being a...

The concept that blood is money is a very interesting one - that would suggest that a person only has limited wealth before they become completely drained of all effective usefulness by the corporate world, which is completely true. Thanks for sharing your thoughts, they are very interesting indeed.

Re: Magic Is Mundane

Over time I've come to believe that divination doesnt so much access the future as it does access the inner workings of the mind and allow you to see things from another angle. The reason such things as Tarot cards can be such a good resource is therefore because they can make us see the path were o...

An introspective musing on magic

I know so many people who pursue magic like its some elusive creature or some wild animal - they read countless texts on how you can perform this ritual or that spell. This always makes magic seem to be so complex, to involve so much waving of hands and intonation of words - Enochian, Ouranic, or ot...

Reality is an illusion - it is merely a collection of lies that you have chosen to believe in. To say that reality is fixed, and that it represents an absolute in any way, shape or form is to say that there is no change in our understanding of the universe. To try to hold on to reality is to deny yo...

Goetic Demons are NOT Pokemons... The above are very wise words, but they apply to all demons of all pantheons and paradigms, not just the Ars Goetia. Let me tell you a story about demons, eh? I've been communicating with demons now for about ten years, and thats after studying magic for sixteen ye...
