Re: Druidism books
If you're interesting in looking at similar traditions, the Natural Philosophers (Plato, Aristotle, etc) are a good place to look as well.
There are also the alchemical philosophers who write quite a bit about the theory of Natural Principles.

It doesn't sound ridiculous. It sounds like you need to put some effort into studying. Just google-ing 'Yesod' and 'Samael' will start you off on the right track.

Re: Accidentally Created Rogue Servitor?
Hi there :) You did good to destroy any connecting links to it. I recommend you do a thorough re-checking of things to make sure you've got it all. Also, something that might work, do a bit of meditating and go back to the memories which created the servitor. Dont let any voice persuade you out of c...

Re: help understanding this symbol
I like your username, Lumen_Naturae ;) By any chance, do you like alchemical theory? This symbol reminds me of the crescent moon on Shiva's crown -- the crescent moon positioned like a bowl, and a circle or dot above in the center -- which symbolizes something akin to the 'lunar-baptismal-waters' or...

20 drops of a mushroom tincture should be enough to get at least something, from my experience. How reliable was the source?

There are as many types of energy as you can think about, but only a few with the power to regenerate health. I'd look into the Taoist philosophy.

Hey there. This particular forum is quite open to different systems of traditions. If you're looking for wicca specific forums, I recommend 'everything under the moon'. It is geared towards a younger, newer generation with a very nice catalogue of everything wicca. This forum is nice, but it might b...

I'm with Haelos on this one.
There is such a terrible misconception in the West about 'God'. It's not so much a matter of "who" as a matter of "what."

Nope, he's very much alive. Spoke with him recently over on alchemyforums.com lol
Our reality has certain names for things, but when we die, we leave those behind. Thoth, in our reality, could die, but the archtype (highest knowledge, supreme intellect, etc) will never die.

Re: Are incubi/succubi real and how to summon them?
I am not really going to tackle that issue, because I have come to the conclusion that there can be no theory for magic, so I'll end up listing sufficient but not necessary conditions(take what I said as not necessary). My post is off topic, but you've made me curious. I'd be interested in hearing ...

Re: The Best Kept Secret of Life
My take on I-Ching is its 3-D energy model that tracks all the possible changes in one’s lifetime as a growing human universe. Where do I begin? Begin with this? I'm somewhat familiar with the I-Ching, but I'd like to know more on this 3D energy model idea, especially in relation to the hexagrams.

Re: Sharing my Goetic evocations
I tend to evoke at least a couple times a week and I see eyes mostly in astral, when I actually evoke them they usually take pretty solid shapes and forms, but Andras was the only one to take shape as a big eye. Neat that you have seen such things aswell. Yes, quite neat. Though I never considered ...

Re: Sharing my Goetic evocations
Another interesting post, thanks again for sharing. Nice photographs. You're technique looks quite simple. The second and fifth photos are the clearest for me to see. I also think it's interesting how many entities show up as eyes. I don't evoke regularly, but this is the most common form I've seen....

Re: Are incubi/succubi real and how to summon them?
For me, it was a waste of energy, and I learned almost nothing of use. It was all give and no receive. I call it a rabbit hole because there is an illusion of a destination, a reciprocated pleasure, but that ends with orgasm and you just end up craving more. I'm not saying it will be the same for ev...

Re: Are incubi/succubi real and how to summon them?
I have experience with a succubus. I would advise taking an alternative route.
That being said, from the sounds of it, you're already in communication with one, and if you continue down this rabbit hole you'll end up where you're wanting to go.

Re: Invoking Lord Shiva during tantra?
I've no experience with Shiva, but if I can read your post on the level of metaphor and analogy, it seems very similar to something I practice. When sexual energy is aroused in the genitals, it's usually sent outwards. Various traditions, including some yogic traditions, intend to reverse this flow ...

Re: Transtemporal Physics
Time isn't an illusion, it's an observation. All observable nature has a chance to be interpreted incorrectly by the mind, based on incorrect understanding. So you'll have to try a little harder to convince me that time isn't an illusion. Incorrect perceptions are quite common in the field of scien...

Re: Transtemporal Physics
I think it is some limitation of the physics of the human brain (possibly coupled with the second law of thermodynamics through decoherence) that means we experience the passage of time. I think it has more to do with the naturally established illusion of time (the rotation of the Earth giving rise...
