Online Get-together?

Hi everyone. I've been thinking we should do an online get together on a specific weekend and at a specific time. We could do something special, putting our energy into a cause. So, post your timezones and ideas about what you would do if you had all the Occult Forum members on at the same time! If everyone's in agreement, we'll make it an event.

If done on a weekend we could possibly do it so that the Americans find it to be an evening-night segment and others find it during the daylight, or vice versa..

GMT -4 (EST-US DST), will be GMT -5 I suppose as of Sunday, 11/1.

I don't know how much I'll be able to give but heck I might be able to brainstorm some ideas!

Let me know if this strikes anyone's fancy - drawing down light from Kether to influence the invention of something that make the world a much better place? Trick is considering whether it's a technology that eases the availability of energy, of environmental issues, of human communication of deeper thoughts and feelings? Lots we could consider...

All in all, if a few more people would provide timezones I suppose we'll have enough to have a forum-wide idea of when everyone is awake!

As for postives: Maybe have a super heavy dose of humility/compassion/honesty wash over politicians? I don't know about where you guys are, but the US is going to hell in a hand basket. I'm pretty sure every country's leaders could use a little bit of those things every once in a while. Oh! Or maybe some sort of inspiring love towards nature? It still shocks me how some people just straight out don't like nature and find it boring. It just makes 0 sense to me and is more than a bit depressing tbh.

It might be pertinent for me to point out here that my real time typing is shite.

Those of you who've been in chat or on FB with me will aleady know this, but it used to stop me from joining in on IRC, as I couldn't keep up with others
when there were more than two folk on with me.

I'm not going to let it stop me now, but I think it's better to declare before I have to explain in situ.

I have a few problems with hand co-ordination, nothing major, but just so yeez know...patience will be required. [blush]
