Folder and Category changes

Some of the descriptors and categories/folder titles have changed slightly. This is to better facilitate posting and make moving topics, if necessary, easier to do.
Please let me know if anything is funky or not working properly.

It really looks good. I was just thinking all the categories were getting unwieldy and then logged on and voila, it's fixed [thumbup]
