I've worked through several systems of ChiGung and Chia's 9 techniqe system seems to encapusalte the essence of Taoism, expecially concerning PRACTICE. No matter how mcuh is read, it will never compare to standing like a tree and smiling to understand 'the way':)
He shouldnt mind too much that you're probably gonna download all his videos form a torrent, as he's abig advocate of simply getting these secrets out there. It is the most comprhensive distillation of Taoist practice that I have personally found
