Tibetan Buddhism Online - Asian Classics Institute:

In an effort to make a comprehensive course of Buddhist studies more readily accessible world wide, classes are now available on-line. All of the Formal Study Courses taught by Geshe Michael Roach are offered here, as are Daily Practice Meditations, and other miscellaneous teachings. The classes offered on-line are the same as the classes that can be attended in person in New York City, and consist of the same audio recordings and text that are available by mail. The on-line audio is available in MP3 or Real Audio formats for streaming or download, and the written materials are contained in on-line pdf files which can be viewed, downloaded, printed, and assembled into a three-ring binder.

http://www.world-view.org/aci/online/onlinefr.html

Geshe Michael Roach is a fully ordained American monk who received his geshe (doctor of Theology) degree from Sera Mey Monastery in India after 22 years of study there and in the United States with his root Lama, Khen Rinpoche Geshe Lobsang Tharchin. Geshe Michael has been teaching Buddhism since 1981. He is a scholar of Sanskrit, Tibetan, and Russian, and has translated and published numerous works. Geshe Roach also received his undergraduate degree from Princeton University.

Mandalas

In Tibetan Buddhism, a mandala is an imaginary palace that is contemplated during meditation. Each object in the palace has significance, representing some aspect of wisdom or reminding the meditator of some guiding principle. Tradition dictates the shapes, sizes and colors of these objects. There are many different mandalas, each with different lessons to teach.

Here are two comprehensive site with excellent links:
