Reincarnation

Post by Heiter »

How to avoid future lives ?

This life is enough.

It looks some strange, that no point in future repetitions, so called lives.

Really, really not my thing to avoid reincarnation.
I believe that we should not surrender, that life can become beautiful by opening our eyes and face the dark beasts that haunt us, to light up our shadows.

But, if you want to avoid future life, then I shall aid.

According to Scion mysticism, preventing reincarnation is all about weakening the soul and pour out your existence, back to oblivion.

This can be done by hammering down your ego, give yourself zero worth and become part of a cause.
Save the whales, become an hermit and live alone in the forest, something like that.

What you seek to accomplish is to simply meld with nature, become one again.

However, Scion reject that ideal as we believe humans are fledgling gods and that we must make Earth our palace, controlling our reincarnations and salvaging our past-lives.
"On Earth as in heaven" - Scion adopted proverb.
"Strife and Glory" - Fifth Mantra of the Scion Creed.

Yeah, sort of seems like cutting into line to me.

I've been fortunate enough to have witnessed myself in a couple of previous incarnations, and given what sort of things I think was up to, I'm actually fairly convinced it's a generally up hill climb.
I think there's probably a point to the system being set up the way it is.

Not telling youse what to do, just offering another perspective, some food for thought perhaps. [geek2]

The best way to avoid reincarnation is to perfect yourself. Do what you have to do, be the best person you can be, learn what what lessons you are here to learn and then pick up and go home. You don't have to keep coming here, you chose that. If you don't don't do these things you could get stuck here.
