Are there any Luciferians here?

Post by OccultNoob »

I was reading a little into them and I liked that it said they were a little more spiritually driven than Satanists. I was interested in speaking privately with one. So if you have been one for a few years and want to talk please private message me. [smile]

PS: I promise not to be all preachy. I was a Christian but I'm sort of in limbo right now trying to decide on a new path. My parents religion just isn't my cup of tea anymore.

Hmm..that is a moot point.

Gnostic Luciferiansim is one of my interests, however,it is not exclusive.Where did you glean this nugget of information,if I may ask?

Spiritual Satanism is a justified paradigm,as far as I 'm aware and the comparison you've made here may be a little unfair, just saying. [thumbup]

I 'm beginning to suspect, you are not as 'newb' as you claim to be,oh my.... [cool]

I was looking up Luciferians and found only one site but didn't want to get involved in their form of Luciferian for two reasons. One the site said you can only join if you are already Luciferian so that didn't help and two they were Luciferians / National Socialists. They idealized Hitler and white power and all that other crap... But the part about being a Luciferian sounded interesting. So I wanted to speak with a pure Luciferian. Not a Nazi.

Hey ,that's cool.

Wow,there seems to be a lot of Neo Nazism about these days. [crazy]

I do have an interest in Luciferianism but more as a research and study subject than as a belief/practice one.

I can put up some general info, later, but I do hope a practioner will see this and want to chat with you.I think it's a good way to learn, from those with direct experience, well done for exploring like this.
It sucks that you found negativity, but it's not all like that, though you do get strange and extreme folks in all walks of life, including the Occult and Paganism.

Ive personally found that the best Satanists are the people who have gone from a very strict Christian upbringing into a state of moratorium, then into a theistic Satanic viewpoint. Such people then get a grounding in religion and dogma before they learn about the more free and worldly Satanic viewpoint, though that said this also breeds people who just rage against Christianity rather than adopting the Satanic principles of freedom of thought and deed.

The best form of theistic Satanism I've found is actually Demonolatry - the worship of the Dukante heirachy, because it focuses on the demons themselves rather than on the religion surrounding them. That way you can patronise the demonic elements without having to place your flag on either side of the good/evil line of thinking and therefore make yourself much more free to explore the demonic with an open minded stance.

Any reading material you'd recommend about Demonaltry? I think I quite well suit your description of an "ideal" Satanist.
Wild cats shall meet with desert beasts, satyrs shall call to one another, there shall the Lilith repose, and find for herself a place to rest.

The quickest way to get into Demonolatry is to read the material that the Order of the Flaming Serpent puts out and then make your own connections with the Dukante demons. I personally dont find the OFS material that fantastic, but its good material to help a practicioner get a grounding in Demonolatry whereby they can then develop a relationship with the demons and start their own practices. Anything by Stephanie Connolly is passable but not wonderful, but will get you going in the right direction for wont of better material from someone else. The problem with the Demonolatry paradigm is that the OFS has it more or less sealed up due to their claims to being generational Demonolators and their stranglehold over the marketplace as a whole. If you can find work by Jennifer Thorpe, her books are better, but were released under the OFS banner before she split from them due to personal reasons. I've linked you to the PDF's I can find below - you may be able to find more.

http://www.demonolatry.org/moderndemonolatry.pdf
http://www.demonolatry.org/basicritual.pdf

The best way to get into Demonolatry is to do about five years worth of dedicated study into Demonology, mostly through studying the Ars Goetia and trying to contact the demons described therein. Over time you start to feel the demons talking to you, feel them stroking your mind with their tender fingers, feel them licking your skin and stroking your flesh. Combine this study with the Kaballah, specifically the Qlippothic shells, and begin to master your nightmares and find links to the demons within the psychic makeup of all mankind.

In order to follow a Demonolatry paradigm you will need to decide on a patron or matron. Some people do this through personal choice, others through letting the demons come to them in dreams. My matron is Lilith, though she is more my HGA than anything as she protects me and keeps me from harm. I therefore suggest that if youre serious about a foray into demonolatry you may wish to study a few demons, both the traditional and Dukante, and see if any jump out at you...

Another person you may wish to look into is Diane Vera. She's fairly high-profile in the satanist community and has advocated for understanding of the different satanic belief structures. Her style is polytheistic satanism and you may find that to be what you're looking for as "spiritual" satanism. She's got a website which has a large amount of articles and goes over some of the extremist groups you may want to avoid (The Order Of Nine Angles, if they're still around, is a good example of that. The Joy of Satan has also popped up in many forms and I'm of the belief that its leader is completely insane). I'm not entirely sure why some satanist groups attract neo-nazis, but I suspect it's special interest groups under the false banner of Satan looking to exploit confused or socially inept people to gain power for their true cause. Beware all imposters!

Wish I could give you a better lead, but the resources amassed by others here seem to be more extensive than my little piece of the puzzle can reveal. Good luck.

In my experience, i have found most national socialists /satanists are mostly national socialists, but claim some connection to satanism, because they want to extend their recruiting reach to other areas of the underground subcultures. Most satanist/national socialists i have come across know nothing substantial about satanism, but preach the hell out of white power and such things.. Noobs ..all of them!

I'm a theistic Satanist, but I identify the name Lucifer with Satan.I would call myself a Luciferist, but I'm not exactly sure what people mean by the term" Luciferian".Anyone who views Lucifer as an inspiration and a source of knowledge is alright by me.
