Meh.
Any system can be utilised by a competent practitioner and this is just one of many.

Yes but it depends on the skill of the reader. Also keep in mind there's a variety of more accurate ways to read a persons name than a simple name number. The thing is names define us to a certain extent whether we realize it or not. Also keep in mind that they're not determining the future so much as they're making an educated guess based on the additional information they gleaned about your personality. The future isn't set in stone; its contantly changing. That's the reason fortune telling in general is such a hard skill to master.
