Death of the Ego?

Personally, the idea that we should kill our ego is nonsensical. Now of course I’m not talking about transcending the egotistical and self-absorbed aspects of our personality, nor the false belief that at our core we are a separated being in a matter-based reality. These aspects of the human ego should most definitely be left behind in our wake of self-empowerment.

I just wanted to share this article. I just mentioned a small excerpt from it in order to give a glimpse of it and to tell what is it about. Most of the time when I do this I totally agree with the things I share. Of course, feedback from others and further discussion is allowed.

The cosmos rather prefers recycling to destruction. Accordingly when the human conquers its ego, the ego transforms from a defensive into a creative function.
