here are a few of my poems....i dont write that often so they're not very skillful.

Shadows

Black night this is,
No light of star nor moon
could penetrate such thick,
dark pain as this
Surrounded by shadows in the dark

Ice cold despair grips and tears
the very depths of my soul.

In these shadows it lies,
between time
and consciousness
waiting to break free
unbridled and fierce
upon a world unsuspecting,
yet so aware.

Will anyone see past
these scars I wear?
These blood stained tears,
they've drenched my soul.

Will I ever know love
in the midst of pain?
Or is it all in vain...

Would anyone dare to embrace
this darkened heart,
To kiss these lips of insanity?

Love so deep
This pain it hides
Fearful love
Hiding inside

Imprisoned,
I wait...
I wait for you
Love entrapped,
I'm dying inside

I need you
To breath you
To hold you
To love you...to be free.
