I found this when looking up some elemental stuff, and found it interesting!
The author is Suba, and it's a plain text first hand account that he had that he's shared. I haven't read it all yet but found it to be well put together, even if written from their perspective.
It's their experience with summoning different elemental spirits, as well as how they did it, plus he provided a well rounded break down of information pertaining to the different element.
