Is it possible to used or create a incantation,ritual to call upon a magical objects to do a bidding no matter where you are.

Anything is possible with the right procedure, and the right amount of force. Space generally isn't an issue.
That being said, it takes A LOT of force to do some things (as in, you might be dead before you get enough training to walk on water.)
When everything makes too much sense, that's when you know you've got none. It's this confidence in reality that makes me uneasy.
