Though I hate the taste of it, I prefer tea over coffee. Makes me feel less intoxicated and more awake.
If I am gonna drink some coffee - it has to have sugar and milk.
Besides, Coffee doesn't work on me... It doesn't help keep me awake.

Coffee, always black. Any tea that I have has to be fruity or herbal. Can't stand English breakfast or Chia.

I drink black coffee if I want to take it up a notch. Usually at work I'll down a couple of cups and I get into an altered state of mind. It's more of a drug than tea.
I usually drink green tea and yerba mate just as daytime drinks. They have good stuff in them.
If I had to pick a favorite, I would go with green tea or yerba mate over coffee.

That's my morning Ritual. Feed the cats and make coffee or tea.
Usually coffee, sometimes I spend a few weeks alternating between the two.
For Coffee I got a single cup brewer that sits on top of a 32 oz mug.
I'm not fussy about what kind of coffee, but I like it with cream and sugar.
For tea, it's either loose tea(Yerba Mate lately), or the bags. Got a medium sized tea
ball that works well with the big mug.
For energy, it would have to be the Tweaker Energy Shots. I think they are the best
because they also contain Yerba Mate. Usually one in the morning before I feed the
cats. And one at night. 6 Hour Energy shots are just overpriced garbage. So the
Tweakers are cheaper AND better.

I just can't function without my triple coffee in the morning. If I don't drink it or if I drink a little later than usual, I get awful headaches. However, I do love a large cup of tea every evening.

Mostly coffee, black no sugar. Some black and some green tea, mostly iced.
