I am an atheist. What will happen to me afterlife according to your belief?

For me after life is recycling. Body will become nutrtion for nature(I thought about giving my body to scientist after death but I am not sure yet). Soul will blend in energies and will be redistribiuted to other part of galaxies(or with some luck I will still be here). Mind will left imprint on a soul just like it leaves imprint on body through life. [grin]

Just free thoughts, I don't have many arguments to deal with discussion so I will pass. Wanted to leave it there. [tongue]

Reality doesn't care if you believe in it or not. It still owns your ass.

I've nearly died and been around death a lot more than most people, and I'd like to think that does give me a little insight on the matter, but what I said stands on its own. It doesn't matter what you believe, or what I believe, or what anyone else believes. Belief is irrelevant. When you die, your body will decompose like everyone else's, and whatever happens to your metaphysical bodies will be the same as what happens to everyone else too.

Because nature doesn't care what anyone believes.

Maldor, you say it's a crass belief but it was confirmed experimentally. Thomas Jay Hudson knew his stuff when it came to psychism. He researched it well. Visited psychics, and produced psychical phenomena himself. He visited hypnotist's and experimented with them. His book was a bestseller and went through many prints. It's a classic.

The experiment was: he got a hypnotist to deeply hypnotise a good hypnotic subject. They were given the suggestion that they were dead. When asked what they could see they said 'nothing.' When asked what they could hear they replied 'nothing'. When asked what they were experiencing they replied 'nothing'. When asked what they were thinking, what they were feeling they replied 'nothing'.They, being hypnotised, and acting under the suggestion that they were dead, had the experience of being dead - a nothingness, a denial that they even existed.

Of course, no one really knows till they get there but by then it's too late.
