I was wondering can someone become a superhero by developing their powers?

Bene Gesserit Voice sure seems like a superpower and it has been mentioned a lot of times that some people have this kind of power. Or mind reading. But what about invincibility? It doesn't have to conform to the comicbook standards as it can be something like great luck concerning avoiding death [gz]
