This is intended to catch out such frauds as 'Psychic Sally' et al,but check out rule 15.4,why is Satanism included there?

I'd be willing to put my money on at least 99% of them being complete frauds anyway, good riddance and all that.

Yeah, I think the rulers in Britain are trying to get all their people to convert to Islam. It figures that they'd turn on their Druids and such before long. I say go ahead and give England to the wogs. If the government won't do it, English women will sooner or later anyway.
