Riding that Current

Post by Neters »

Greetings fellow occultists,

I've never been much for forum posting, but after surveying the majority of posts on tis forum, I felt that this could be a fine exception to the rule.

As for the pertinent introductory information, I have been a practicing magickian for close to a decade, most of my work revolves around the Thelemic lines, but I am, at least scholarly, versed in other schools of thought as well.

I am a grown man and live a rather secretive life in regards to my occult practices, at this stage in the game at least. Following a multi-year stint in the public eye creating ritual work through music and art, I decided to relocate slightly south and remove myself from the Bay Area spotlight, so that I could focus on my practice without the distractions.

These days, my focus is internal. I feel that I have had the association and camaraderie of many prolific occultist and this may be my opportunity to give back... but really, regardless of presentation, this is nothing more than an attempt to grow as a magickian and occultist, hopefully crossing paths with other like minded individuals.

Thank you for having me in your web-community, I hope to get to know some of you soon.

Welcome - we don't have any Thelemites here that I know of currently, it'll be nice to have another unique perspective on things :)

'The Path of Illumination'
he who gives himself to this path
is like a block of wood
that gives itself to the chisel-
cut by cut it is honed to perfection"

Thanks, Rin.

If you don't mind me asking, what are the common paths that people on this forum generally follow?

Dandavats!
Thank you for the warm welcome. It's a nice, cold morning in my neck of the woods, gonna make myself a pot of tea and sit on the couch with a book for a couple hours. [grin]

Hi and welcome to the forum. [grin]

Yey a new Thelemite. We do have some members, but I don't think any are active currently.

I like Thelema, personally, but I am not a member of any groups. I like to study across the board, so to speak and have friends who are Thelemically and OTO inclined. I may be able to engage in specific discussions slightly, lol. [thumbup]
