Hello Occultists!

Lately, I've been trying to begin meditating. I sit down comfortably, quiet my mind, and relax.

And it's quite nice.

But!

After a couple of minutes, I begin to see eyes. Not imagine them. I see them in the darkness of my eyelid. There is always one eye, and it is always open, but size varies.

Any idea what this could be? I do not have any dealings with any deities or spirits associated with eyes btw [lol]

there's a few entities which has eyes associated with them.
What are you meditating about?
Also, are you of the Hindu faith perhaps?

I am meditating about calmness while repeating a trigger word in order to evoke a Pavlov dog effect when I say the trigger word. I do not deal with any entities that are associated with eyes and I am not hindu- these eyes would be much more soothing if they were divine guidance, but they are unnerving instead
