I would like to know about:

1.) subconscious resistance
2.) the minds of every muscle
3.) how many brains do we actually have
4.) how to figure out reality in order to apply it to our workings
5.) what exactly is the dream world
6.) what kind of magick can be performed while in a lucid dream

Is there anyone that has pdf's of:

- The book of tarot by Fred Gettings
- Dictionary of tarot by Bill Butler

They were references in Modern Magick. If anyone has any other good books with simple explanations of the Waite tarot cards, it would be appreciated as well!

However, since the card explanations in Modern Magick are really simple and elegant, I would prefer the books mentioned above.

Both of those books are out of print, and unfortunately also out of date.

These two books will give you a good overview, and then a more in depth look at the deck in itself.

There has been some books about magic on Hawaii, and some about Samoa. I've know I've seen something about tuvalu & tokelau. And there are plenty about Easter island.
But I don't think there is any real 'Samoan ceremonial magic 101'. You will have to piece it together from different sources. Folk lore, mythology and history.
Start with 'the Polynesian narrative' and work from that.

Beckwith, Martha, Hawaiian Mythology is required reading at the Hawaii university.
