There is one Author/Scholar/Authority on- Wicca and its traditional workings as well as creating your own following. He also delves into the mythos and the deep historical relations.
His name is Raven Grimassi- and has a very long list of publications regarding such.
A link to where to buy his books below, will also attempt to find his works for free, so as to better aid those who wish to study the Wiccan way.
I have read 4 of his books cover to cover- and have found him both inspirational and educational on the practical and conceptual level.
