A number of fantastic books are out in the world, Pete Carolls "liber Null" anything by Phil Hine " Condensed Chaos"," Oven Ready Chaos" or Ray Sherwins "Book of results". Look up AO Spare too he is very good but can be a little advanced if your a beginner.

The ebooks in this page are all you have to know to start some advanced ritual... read liber KKK as you would read a homework book and start with the basic things, when you'll get to complete them all almost without any effort you'll be near to a master chaote.
Then if you want to REALLY get serious start reading books from other disciplines and practice the interesting things applying them as you would do in a normal chaos ritual. the good thing about chaos is that you can practice anything of any discipline without believing to any god or spirit and manage to make the ritual work aniway because of your will applied to gnosis.
Then, my favourite book, the one that introduced me to chaos, which contains many examples of basic sigilles rituals is this one

Chaos magic, as I experience it, is kind of DIY. You don't really need much study if you have imagination, and you can increase in skill very rapidly. I kind of just make stuff up, and my entire life ends up looking like a giant chaote ritual. Even getting dressed in the morning can be magical.

I have read some Chaos authors,I personally prefer Phil Hine's recent writings to his earlier stuff, though I did enjoy Condensed Chaos and find it useful .
I also liked the Simonicon, does that count here?
I am also a fan of Ray Sherwin and Jaq D.Hawkins.
