In what way do our ancestors/protectors/helpers interact with us?

Do you believe there are more or less hidden helpers surrounding you, that help you when you really need it?

If so, in what ways do you believe these helpers interact? How much do they know about how you feel, think etc.? How much power do you think they have?

I am to an increasing degree believing in this, especially that my beloved, late father is there for me to help me. But I also think a lot of my ancestors are there for me, around me, protecting me. I can draw power from them.

I honestly believe that they help us often. Sometimes, they can show us dreams that make us question or start a certain course or action. Sometimes they can help you cross paths with something that makes you happy when you are down. Sometimes they can offer protection (the whole "I don't know how I got out of THAT one!" argument).

Part of it, I feel, is that you are a part of them and they are a part of you and death doesn't necessarily sever that tie. They will always be with you in spirit. Sometimes that spirit is able to manifest in unusual ways.

i feel mine, wen it interacts it give me a strange feeling like something is not right and gets me to avoid the area or situation, or sometimes it will give me a revelation, a push in the right direction and put an idea to do something, that is out of char for me, but when i do it good comes out of it
