Hi She Demon Wolf,
I just wanted to mention that I have a very personal experience of the opposite, namely caring to little about money and experiencing that coming back and slapping me in the face. Hard.

On a more general note I think that perhaps the reason "much money with no work"-spells backfire is that most of the ways pople get much money with no work are not so good: putting themselves in debt, selling property and wasting money, inheriting money.
A wise friend said something today which I liked, namely that magicks for starting succesful companies or being more succesful at work are somehow considered as not incurring karmic problems ... but/and how else is os one going to get serious amounts of money?

for example, child sacrifice has worked well for Brittany Spears but whose to say it will work for me. Likewise, Vodoo rituals have worked for Anthony Robbins but whose to say they will work for me?
