Hi fellow forumers!
Hello! I've spent the last two years or so practicing kundalini yoga and the basics of ritual magick as well as making attempts to endeavor into the world of lucid dreaming. I've already had many experiences which I feel have and will forever change my entire life. So I guess you could say I'm already pretty committed to the whole "Occult" World.
Anyways, I'm glad I found this site since it seems to be a pretty nice place in comparison to most of the darker and colder regions of cyber-land.
And also, just to go ahead and throw a small question out there in case anyone has any direct-experience or book knowledge on the topic...
I've heard about Nutmeg being a good herb/nut which when ingested in the proper dosage can trigger lucid dreams and even cause perculiar "psychedelic" effects. I've heard good and bad on the topic of Nutmeg use, so I'm curious as to weather or not anyone around here has any solid advice on the subject.
ThanX In Advance!

Hi fellow forumers!
Heya nuthin_gem, pleased to meet you.
Although I have not tried experimenting with nutmeg (or any substances, come to think of it) in regards to my practices, some of my friends are more into that sort of thing. Their results can be found here:
