Speaking in tongues?

That's how its called. I started talking gibberish whenever I try to put some spell in working, like a psychoresonant tool that invokes or banishes certain states of mind.
Today I needed something that would protect me against stuff. I performed some gibberish withs putting the emotional intent into 'utterances'.

Speaking in tongues?

I remember one service when I was playing the piano for the AOG back in the day, everybody started speaking in tongues and the energy that resulted got so thick that I could no longer press the keys down. My fingers felt like they were stuck in some kind of thick mud.

It was quite strange.

I got rebuked and almost sat down for my stopping of my playing, even though it was caused by forces unknown to me. It was BS that I got called out for that.

Fucking worship leader has no clue what it feels like to be forced into reverence by the holy spirit.

It's quite powerful and unique.

I channel that same energy when doing the LBRP.

Speaking in tongues?

Post by Rikoshi »

Though I've done so in the past, after playing drums to raise my energy levels and evoke parts of my self, staring and speaking into a mirror to communicate to my subconscious and sort myself out, I went into an unplanned spurt of glossolalia. It seemed to really amp up my ability to work at that point, putting away one of the spirits that I had been having trouble with after creation (one of the few times thats happened for me, but I did design it to be mischievous). There's nothing quite like the feeling of every word running from your mouth resonating with magical power, as if your throat chakra could talk the world into a new shape.

Anyhow, I wonder, anyone else spoken in tongues or used it as a regular tool?

I have but not in exactly the same way.I employ the root forms of words as mantras and invocations.I often employ root words from specific languages for specific ends,e.g if I am charging a talisman based upon Goetic or Solomonic magics I use Semitic roots as I feel that these magics respond better to the rhythm and cadences of their native tongues although I will happily mix Phoenician,Hebrew and Arabic or Aramaic mantras and sounds. For Runes I will use Nordic and Anglo-Saxon sounds. They are not always words, sometimes they are just a string of noises that are vaguely related to the result desired.

To arrive at the root form of a word first remove all the vowels then any prefixes and suffixes and also any letter occurring more than once. Sound familiar? Should do, its almost a vocal sigil. The resultant word is the root or 'primitive' form of it and can be used in many different ways or as many different ways as you can concoct.
Certain letters are interchangeable, e.g. D and T, L and R, B and F, F and S. New words can be created and explored or exploited at will. This a thing called Grimm's Law. It is unfashionable today but still useful.
