Pentacles of Solomon and ritual help?

Post by Infernalshadows »

Hello everyone,
So I am just a bit confused on the creation of the pentacles. I am trying them out, since this is one of my first endeavors in the Greater Key or Lesser keys of Solomon.

When you have created the pentacles, do you need to recite the verses of Psalms over them, or do you just need to do the Oration? Plus, do I also need to read the Angelic names/Names of God on them as well? I plan on using the First and Third pentacle of Venus, so would I need to say Nogahiel, Acheliah, Socodiah (or Socohiah) and Nangariel. Then, "And the Elohim blessed them, and the Elohim said unto them, 'Be ye fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it.'" Adonai, Ruach, Achides, Aegalmiel, Monachiel and Degaliel."

I am planning on actually doing a complex ritual with them. I plan on doing the LBRP, then doing the Supreme invoking ritual of the pentagram with a focus on the fire portion of that process. I plan on making the pentacles first, consecrating/activating them. When that is done, I plan on invoking the goddess Aphrodite (These are venus pentacles), and then after I invoke her, I plan on using her energy, the energy of the pentacles/spirits and the element of fire and making a lust servitor.
I want this servitor to be extremely powerful, because what I need it to do is pretty powerful stuff.

Just wanting this to be thorough, and making sure I don't completely screw this up!

Thanks
-Infernal

A good idea when using anything to do with Solomon, especially Ars Goetia and the Lesser Key, is to go totally overboard and do everything you can think of to protect yourself and ensure that your tools are empowered. Looking over your post, Id say you should do everything you mention - it will all help in the long run, and you wont get caught short.

Ceremonial magic requires props, and the more you believe in your props, the better the outcome will be.
