Is today supposed to be the best day for Astaroth ?

I really want to speak with this being Astaroth, i would like if someone could help me taking steps towards doing it tonight! I have basic understandings of this and have called Lilith before.. by the way if someone can, what is the difference between Astaroth and Lilith ? As i am deeply thinking they are the same..Tanith, Lilith, Astaroth, Astarte, i mean there are so many names.. i do think it is all the same being.. i want to contact that being. Please help me!

Who would be best to seek personal enhancement ? not knowledge..not power.. i just want to become a better servant for women..in every possible way. I thought of astaroth because i was misleaded by a book who speaks of astaroth as a she..lol
