Garbled Dreams

I've been having really odd garbled dreams as of late. They feel very real, and I'm usually self aware but unable to do anything. But, they are normally so distorted i can only get the theme of them out, not the message.

Without dedicated training, strange half-real dreams are the magical equivalent of farting and just as useful. You'll need to develop talent with lucid dreaming (a cornerstone for astral work) before they become relevant.

i see, that's actually pretty interesting seeing as i haven;t done anything to make myself even start to dream like this
