hi

Post by aleister faustus »

hello, my name is aleister faustus. that is the name ive adapted, sort of an occult name i guess. i am 16 years old, and have been experimenting with the occult from a fairly young age. i started out interested in wicca, though ive moved on, and i have looked in to just about every religion on earth. now, after much study and research, i have settled on odinism.
i am versed in the kabbalah, ceremonial magic, galdr, as well as other occult practices. as an odinist, i am devoting a lot of time into the study of the runes, and hope to become as well versed in them as i have in other forms of occultism. i am not a hard core reconstructionist, as i like to experiment when it comes to the runes, and lately i have became intrested in creating my own style of magic utilizing the runes in a matter similar to ceremonial magic. i believe this possibe because i feel the runes are an alphabet and not a magic system, and can be used in ways other than galdr or other 'historicly accurate methods'. i also make use of symbols such as the pentagram (i will say it again, despite waht you may think, i am an odinist) and other symbols used in magic systems that are not historicly norse, because i feel that these symbols have over the centurys became some what universal as magical, and can be used in many differant ways.
i do not mean to insult any odinist or other heathens who feel that i am insulting the old ways, i just like to experiment. despitemy indulgence in the experimentation with magic, i am historicly accurate with my views of the myths as well as the gods. i hope to become a sucessful member of this community, and to be accepted despite my lov for experimenting with magic.
my votherhobbies include writing, and history, and i hope to soon publish a novel. oh, and sory if this is poorly wrote, i had to type this out on my tablet.

Welcome, young Einherjer
oh, and sory if this is poorly wrote, i had to type this out on my tablet.
Instead of making an excuse, you could have simply corrected the writing. Would have saved you the excuse, a potential bad first impression and would have only cost some more minutes. [happy2]

Did you hang on the tree?
bye bye

You are in a field which is also part of mine, so no need to thank me though I appreciate it.
Child of the danube indeed, one which tries to know its roots without loosing grip of the new branches growing from its trunk.
The Baphomet just was cute, so I took it [crazy]

I am looking forward to the one or the other interesting talk, have my warm welcome, Einherjer. [message]
bye bye
