I'm very excited to join this community and to see what it can offer for me and what I can offer it. I've been studying the occult for over 7 years and I've spent a lot of time on occult forums such as this one. My favorite forum recently closed down so now I'm here!
My favorite topics are mysticism, hermeticism, astral projection, and meditation. I've also studied chaos magic and Satanism quite a bit.
I liurked there for a long time and I've shared info or sent folk over to read from there many times over,especially when it was quiet here and members had Evocation/Grimoire questions and such. [grin]
Vovin was in discussion with a group of members [including mods] about handing over the database so the forum could continue on in some form,but the situation was escalated by threatening behaviour of some sort directed at him personally and I think Vovin had simpky had enough by then and shut it down suddenly/publically.
I have heard there is still discussion going on and members have turned up elsewhere online to say that there is still the possibility of a new incarnation of the forum.
If I find out anything concrete I'll share and I would like to ask,if anyone who knows owt for sure is reading or lurking around here: please by all means,feel free to drop by here and let us know if/when this happens.

Cool thanks for the info, I'd definitely be interested to know what happens with EM and if anyone has any information.
It is really a pitty. I was also hanging around there and really enjoyed this treasure which is really rare to find anywhere else. With the shutdown I guess that the online community lost one of the biggest and most interesting harbours on the net.
