When i was in my late teens, had just started training and experiencing the benefits.....the spiritual path became priority 1. Now....many years later....as i am getting older.....spiritual training is still very important to me....yet i am seeing it in a wider perspective and put it behind many other parts of my life.

I've taken on the view....based on all my Gnosis so far....that there is an "eternity" ahead of me.....and there's no need to jam my foot on the gas everyday. Relax and do a bit of training daily.....and thus grow a bit at a time.....drop the nukes....and chill.

Training is great....but life is also meant to be enjoyed.....so tone down the Asceticism and flow on.
I was thinking a bit more about youth and the different phases of Ideas/Goals for the path. When I first started training, I saw many of my contemporaries pursuing Enlightenment, yet I was interested in training as a Healer....and did so assiduously. After many years and swallowing a couple of life's "bitter pills", I no longer wished to heal professionally.

From then on I focused on Occult Exploration and just wanted to spend the rest of my life doing the Occultist-Scientist path....tinkering with energy and learning about the mechanics of reality.

Nowadays.....I have slowed down a bit and developed a fascination with Wheel Sorcery and Finances.

All of these phases are still a part of me.....but I guess I am writing this to reflect on how our ideologies, mentors and culture can influence are way of thinking how one's spiritual life "should be". At any moment, its of value to sit down and reflect on what "path" were pursuing....and why were pursuing it....I don't regret any of the previous paths....but it's worth considering the potentially wider phases of training. Time and Life Experience.....its an inevitable shifter....being flexible and adaptive is key.

Ganesha

Ganesha is an exceptionally popular deity in Hinduism and I've found to be especially valuable to work with when it comes to Finances and Spiritual Training. He is known as the "remover of obstacles" and an excellent "ally" to have in your personal pantheon. Here are some Pros/Cons I've found working with him.

Pros
-Approachable
-Established deity with long-term relations with people (Pujas, Mantric tech, Mythology, Books...etc)
-Effective and Subtle in his work

Cons
-He is less aggressive in his approach of how to solve problems, meaning some beings (wrathful) will start right out the gate kicking and punching through obstacles. He on the other hand, takes "the whole picture" into context and has a "softer" Judo like approach to removing obstacles. He gets to the root of the "issues" and flips them on there head. In the short term this can be frustrating....because it feels like not much is happening. In the long-term it is optimal as hell. I note this as a con, because this "style" of working through issues, requires a bit more patience and may not be suited to everyone's temperament.

-Anyways...I'm writing this not because I'm a devotee or anything like that...but because i think having him as an ally is extremely practical. The more tools in the tool kit...the more options you have to handle difficult situations.

If you ever find yourself getting stagnant in 2 of the above areas (he works in other spheres as well), he is an excellent being to do an intensive with....furthermore....practicing Ganesha Mantra is an easy offering that anyone can do. Your praxis can only get stronger as a result. Cheers.

A few updated notes.

When it comes to praxis and astrological cycles, I’ve made some small adjustments to my training. Instead of having 3 spheres in which the center is focused on the current cycle….i’ve found that its useful to make it so every sphere is taking advantage of the current cosmic wind, to sail forward.

So for example, lets say you have 3 spheres you love and want to focus on long term:
-Healing
-Christian current
-PSD

The above are your 3 areas of interest….rarely will you find an astrological cycle that will be explicitly focused on these topics. Yet lets say that your in a cycle that encourages Root Chakra energies….what you can do is divine, meditate and work with spirit allies to find practices in each of the above spheres that align with root chakra forces and thus profit in being aligned with the present cosmic winds. In this way all of your training will flow naturally.

We are all influenced by these winds unconsciously…but if we can consciously orient ourselves with this knowledge, it saves a lot of time fumbling in the dark. I’ve noted (generally speaking) that each cycle can last from 12-30 years….so its advantageous to know when they actually start and jump on the wagon immediately, rather than be half way through the ride before making the proper adjustments. That’s all for now, cheers.

A couple more notes on astrological cycles and praxis.

The practice of Mapping Personal Astrological Cycles……by “personal” it's how each cycle that the planetary spheres are going through interacts with your particular elemental composition. So although were spinning on the same earth….the types of cosmic energy filtering down through the spheres will “activate” each person in different ways.

Divining forward into the future, I’ve noticed patterns in how my energy body will move in accordance with different cycles. Some phases will be dominated by Water, Shadow, 3rd Eye…….etc. However, it appears from my notes, that although Astrological Movements are extremely varied…..the ways in which they activate are personal constitution can be exceptionally consistent. I’ve noted that for people overall, it appears that depending on our constitution we can go through 4-15 different internal cycles……across incarnations…..we might only experience a few in a single lifetime.

Of-course, within each of these individual cycles, there can be slight variations. For example a Water cycle might emphasize different type of yin vortexual flows (rivers, oceans, rain….etc). Anyways, I’m writing about this because I feel by having knowledge of all different cycles, you could potentially map out your incarnate existence and have a simple guide for the path ahead. Looking at things from this perspective, I was considering making a Cyclical Master Map for my own constitution that shows the pattern of energies I can express. Still tinkering with this principle, but I imagine it would look something like the Chinese Elemental Glyph (Wood, Water, Fire…etc) only it would be personalized to my system and emphasize how my body interacts with the Cosmic Flow. By having a "Master Glyph" it can used as a tremendous tool for empowerment and coordinating Praxis.

-That's all for now. Cheers.
