What spirits can pierce the gastrointestinal tract? @Armor This is an evil spirit similar to the archon-like type. It inspires certain words and tries to cause certain thoughts through them. For example, there was the word: "In short" and with it the energy pumping out of me began until I cut it out and it always concerned Christianity, or it can manipulate mats and so on which I do not like. You're describing strange gastric pains along with fatigue and fevers. Have you been experiencing unexplained weight loss? I think you should see a doctor.
I honestly cannot think of any supernatural being that is known to focus on the stomach and lower digestive tract. I just can't imagine why that would be their point of entry unless you're getting the mother of all buggerings from an incubus.
