Speaking of Black Earth, the Black Sand Beach in Hawaii was very nice. Then the Goddess Palei (sp?) of the local volcano swept the Black Sands into the ocean a number of years ago. Sigh

The first thing i wanted to be was a locomotive (not the driver), I was told that wasn´t possible, so when I got older i wanted to be an indian. My mom had not the heart to tell me I couldn´t so for some years I believed i could. In time also that dream was crushed. So at the mature age of 6 i decided I should be the next coolest thing in the world, an archaeologist. Now 24 years later I sitt here with no job and a verry expensive education....but hey I am an archaeologist...

haha, sweet, i wanted to be an archaeologist for a while too (this was after my cowboy phase...during which i dressed up as a cowboy every day for school).
kudos for achieving your childhood dream, bro. i'm workin' on the indian thing but things aren't turning out too well. the tattoo hurt too much so i just have a little red spot on my right arm and the rest of me is my normal pasty white ass.

It's not a placebo, I examined my space afterwards and noticed some threads, so I burned them. Nothing special, just some stuff I didn't want (or need)
I am always suspicious of false claims, this was not a fake shaman. Anyways he has no reason to be fake it's not like he gets paid anything. It's just traditional stuff. I'm sure others have attempted to copy this stuff with fake props, but in this case it wasn't fake, and I'm confident enough in my perceptions that I believe the work definitely has a positive effect in the Pueblo community.
As for me, well, psh, I've got fucking abrahadabra, what do I need some backwater rez doctor for? Ningishzidda is my fucking physician...
