Grey, if you have the power to kill other people birds in midflight, I'd think you'd have better things to do that hang around here, but regardless...
Wiseone, these kinds of mistakes are the things that will get you closer to living up to your name, like they do for all of us. That doesn't mean it's constructive to chase bad ideas around in hopes of learning faster, of course.
I'd try to send some good, balanced energy to the people of your acquaintance who you attacked. Your conscience will be cleared, you'll feel better, you'll have learned something, and if the curse was effective at all (as powered by malicious boredom), surely the cure will be equally so (as powered by fear and regret, which I suspect is more potent fuel).
As far as sending bad voodoo to W, I wouldn't worry so much. Right now that's like trying to commute through lower Manhattan by car during rush hour.

As a self-proclaimed "captain of the debate team," I'd like to think that you realize that as the President, his laws and actions do affect people on a personal level. I could get into specifics about how exactly he affects people personally, but it risks taking this thread way off-topic. Saying that the President doesn't affect people on a personal level trivializes the entire office. If he doesn't do anything, why is he there? That was more rhetorical than anything, so I'm not looking for a response, but I just wanted to point that out, not try to hijack the post (although with my next response I might send it completely off-topic).next time do a spell to someone who deserves it and has done you wrong personally
I just loved the hypocritical wording of this quote. You advocate not moving until you know all the facts, which makes sense. But then, right after that, you say that you're going to break her spell and reflect any subsequent attempts back at her. Where are your facts that this original spell was unjustified? Maybe her brother was sent off to Iraq and died or maybe she's angry because of Bush's policies that have begun to shred our given Constitutional rights; hell, maybe Bush came to her house the other day, murdered her mother, and kicked her dog on the way out. You don't know! Take your own advice, and tone down the magical vigilanteism, and "don't intervene until you know all the facts." This kind of illogical self-aggrandizement makes my head spin, if you haven't noticed.Leave the politics up to the politicians, and don't intervene in something where you don't know all the fact's. The spell will be broken tonight, and if more is attempted all that will happen is it will be reflected back to you.

Obviously, on many levels the President's, and Congress', decisions have an effect on every individual in America, nay, the world....but lets not go off into butterflies causing a tree to fall on a monkey in the rainforest....Crash Test Dummy wrote: As a self-proclaimed "captain of the debate team," I'd like to think that you realize that as the President, his laws and actions do affect people on a personal level. Cooper Satellite, if i have that kind of power then why am i hanging around here and i must have better things to do. That statement was outright dumb. There are other people on this board that have more power then me, just because i can breake a spell and put one up on someone make's me all mighty and powerful. I am confident in my abilities yes, but like i said many people on here could or are powerful then i am. One more thing, what do you mean i would have better things to do then hang around here. I don't think you give the forum's enough credit. This is a good place for info on how to learn how to do magic and get valuable opinions from other's. I hold this site very high up on regard. I don't know if you do, but your statement implied that you do not. IF you don't then i suggest you finding another forum.
This is a reply to Rakesh and anyone who doubts my thoughts on the issue and thinks i am ignorent with politics and what is happening in the US as of now.
No weopens of mass desruction yes, but plans for the making. He made that decision to go into Iraq under resolution 1441 saying that if Saddam didn't completly let all of our inspector's in, then we had the right to go in, Saddam signed it. We base our actions upon intelligence, Austrailian, German, British and our own intelligence said that there were weopens of mass destruction. No maybe's or anything like that, they all said for sure. So we acted upon it. We base our actions upon intelligence and our president did what any would do, acted on the intelligence. Go online and search through the library of the congress, it has reports there that show all of the country's intelligence reports of Iraq and the weopens of mass destruction all there reports said. He is made a country democratic, they still have some things they have to work out, but they are doing good. They have a president and a council right now.
By going into Iraq we saved countless live's. There were also more reports of Saddam's son's setting up rape camps picking up women or girls age's 14 through 35 and throwing them into a room and his men and his son's having there way with them. Saddam's police shot anyone who looked at Saddam wrong or had a opinion about the government that was not theres. If you go to www.cnn.com there is a video showing one of saddam's soldier's and his son kicking a Iraqi man that is on his knees in his head, due to refusing to let Iraqi military in his house and raiding it. You can't deny the countless live's we saved. If a few country's are pissed at us because we didn't take more time, and jerked off Saddam and let more Iraqi's die then i will rather take them being pissed off at us over another women being raped or another Iraqi citizen dying.
Germany and France tend not to get into war's? Look at there history. First off it was discovered that France had a oil agreement with Iraq, the old regeime with Saddam. It was a long contract and they didn't want to screw that up. There is a report of that in the library of congress to, look it up. Despite what people say we are not getting any oil out of this, none at all. There are no report's and since we base facts upon evidence, there is no dispute over this. Plus there is the huge thing that WE ARE THE WORLD POWER. We have obligations. Country's ask for money, help with dispute's etc. We have a moral obligation to help them since we are the world power. People say that we need to help ourselves first but that is selfish. We are doing pretty damn good compared to the other country's so people are saying let's take care of us before the country that is in poverty and children are starving. No we don't work like that, we are a democratic humanitarion country that doesn't turn our back on country's that need our help.
We are not turning into a police state. Yeah we have the patriot act but that is because to many terrorist are living in the US because we are so open to other imigrant's, we can't just say you can't come in due to your color. Im pretty damn sure if we were turning into a police state, the American Civil Liberties Union would be all over it. If you don't know who they are then you truly don't know politics. Look it up, but a brief definition. Anything the government does the ACLU jumps on, makes sure it is not prejudice or taking away our freedom's. All that is is your opinion, and you have a right to it, due to our constitution.
A real war is waged through silent tactics, i think not. So you are saying wage war against another country, but don't tell our people. So you want a government to lie to us about our country's affair's? If so then move to another dictatorship type government, not Iraq anymore, they are democratic now and still working on there system to perfect it. Making the war public just make's it so the people know. Not just us, but the Iraqi and other country's people and governments. So the world knows what to look out for and how to protect themselves and how to get rid of the terrorists. So the terrorists know that we know they are out there and who they are and we are after them. So that just might be the thing that stops them from attacking your house or your country. It just might make them scared or careful enough to not act negligently and just start bombing things.
Always during wartime the acting president will be the one in the spot light. People will critize him for what he does. There is no escaping that. But people got to get there heads out of there asses and look beyond there own little box. People were dying and getting raped. The country was damn near in poverty, while Saddam was living in his castles. There was no voting system so the dictator could stay in power for however long. We as the world power have a obligation to do something. So we made an agreement with Saddam like we have done with many country's. We made a agreement so that we could go in there and inspect there weopens systems, human rights policies etc. They didn't let us fully in and we warned them what would happen if they didn't let us fully in to inspect. They still ignored us. The UN wants to keep the peace and rightfully so that is all good and fine, but there is a time to talk and a time to fight. People were dying, Saddam ignored what the US threatened and whast the UN threatened, Sanctions and whatnot. But still he resisted. So we did what we had to do, and it was completly legal and morally justifiable. So read all the report's, watch the news, watch cspan if you have to, they don't have a bias towards anyone and collect the data. Then form a informed opinion. Don't form a opinion under what the media tells you and look at the issues from both side's, if you don't all you will be is a left or right winged conservative or libral, and to be brutally honest, noone will take you seriously.
To all who disagree with my viewpoint then that is fine. But that is your right. But for gods sake make opinions based on info not opinions of other's. It just make's you guy's look more ignorent. You can have your opinion yes, but when you put it into a statement type sentence, it just looks wrong.
You guy's can hate me for my opinion, i truly don't care. But it is quite funny to me that when one person come's in with a different viewpoint from other's and has strong fact's to disprove or counter someone else, they attack them. To me that just affirms me that you guy's truly can't see beyond your own viewpoint, and because of that you can't make accurate opinions. BTW by you guy's i am referring to the people that attacked me in the thread, not all members.
Sincerely,

Almost forgot Wiseone, the spell was still up. There was limited energy sent to it, and it didn't take effect yet. It seems like i am not the only practicioner that like's our president. There is already protection set up around him. The energy was very strong around him. Your energy you sent through your spell was lingering around there but couldn't quite get through the barrier. I don't know how much energy you raised, but how much is there is slowly but surely fading away due to the fact it can't get its designated purpose done due to the strong protection already put up. So i give it all of today and maybe tommorow before it just dissipates.

Don't worry. I recently did a spell to protect Bush and assist him in getting another term.
And seeing as i am at least as powerful as you, I am sure the spells counteracted each other and are both null and void.
Now as for the other things you've done, I suggest thinking long and hard before you choose anymore magickal battles.

IMO, if there are a lot of protections around him, then there is all likelihood is a lot of energy against him. I personally could care less about him or the presidency.... If you TRULY want to effect the election or his station in general try shooting some energies off to the Electoral College. As that is where the vote really lies.

Or better yet! crawl out of teh basement, take a shower and get involved in local politics and slowly change things from within the system.

I did put the reflective spell on, but nothing should come back to you unless you did another one last night after i did mine. Plus i added a ton of more energy to the protection already around him.
Thanks Madhatr137, i am not in political debate mode. Damn you all who got me into this state of mind, it is hard to get out of, lol.
Im going to go watch me some Fox news, lol.
Sincerely,
GM

That'll take too long
Shoot fer the top...but aim a bit low.
Chances are the College is less protected. Most people think their vote counts in that election so they try effecting the populous, or the president's themselves. I'd assume this even extends to the 'groups' that are casting spells, at least the smaller ones.
But you are correct...starting from the bottom and working your way up will CERTAINLY have better & longer lasting results.
than there is probably a lot others that are sending energies against him too.
most energy sent to take him down or protect him is usually scattered and cancelled out before it reaches or has time to affect him. For example, there's a mosque in the area who pray against bush, theres a xian church two blocks away that prays for bush to be protected. the energies of both groups never leave town.

All of your assumptions about the negative energy sent to Bush is right. There is negative energy sent to him. Among wiseone's energy, there was other energy around there to i sensed. But like i said, wiseone's did not get in, and the other's didn't eitheir. You guy's would be more suprised that there isn't as much negative energy sent to bush as positive. So as of now, he is fine and dandy. The politics will be decided by the politicians and the voter's. No magic has influenced this race yet, but i will check up on it periodically.

Reflection spells cast by white lighter types. They know the enemy and are benign in that they put you to sleep rather than sending a demon after you.
