I'm quite new to the whole concept of magick and the occult (in that respect) in general, so I'm still forming my opinions on the matter, but it quite irks me when people use science as meaning something opposite of magick, religion or whatever else, or, conversely, as something proving or proselitysing something else. Science is but a tool; it is the making of predictions by use of statistics, which basically means science looks to answer the question "what will happen if..." by looking at the outcome of previous events of a similar nature.
Hope this is not too off topic, I just dislike the way the word 'science' is treated; it's a good word!
