I am dealing with several former martial arts guys that cannot do the Flame exercise because of what they see as a black blob sitting on their hearts.

Repeated banishings have not worked for them. I suspect concealed permissions given in past lives.

I also see black blobs around my heart and have dug them out and thrown them away on regular basis. They seem to keep coming back (some of them). I've figured out they're mixture of the following:

- festering mental wounds/traumas
- adverse suggestions affecting the heart
- "mental swords" that have been plunged in the heart and left there
- adverse entities

At least one of your blobs is personal karma. Relationship with female relative?

One is an anchor for the martial arts entity. Stockholm syndrome?

Three blobs look like family-ancestral karma - excessive male authority

There seems to be a blob from an adverse entity, coordinating the other blobs. That looks like long term spiritual oppression - several lives at least.

Generally it is necessary to raise the light body above the frequencies on which oppression operates.

The Flame exercise is perhaps the most efficient. Spiritual intent may be the most powerful.
