The Magician Card can mean in some of the traditional decks I've had: Being inspired by spirituality, self control, quick resolution of problems (like majik) quick thinking, being flexible in a situation. Using positive energy and being positive in a given situation.
When I use Tarot or any divination tool in a dream in a dream or am wraping them up (like with tarot) or putting them away for me it respesents using other methods to gain inforation other than books, magazines newspapers websites and talking to a person on the physical plane and other traditional means of communication. The cards represent for me at least represnt the kind of information I'll obtain. Will it be information that is sickening and makes me want to cry or is gooing to be information that'll make me happy and smile.

I never remember my dreams, and never do they wake me up.
Two nights ago I had this dream.
I walked into a house that had all its lights off. I looked around and noticed how it was filled with all sorts of storage units. Like drawers and baskets. Things that needed to be opened in order to get to the inside.
On the other side of the room there was a cot with a little boy who I assumed was sleeping.
I realize that this moment that all the storage containers are make shift coffins. The child that was sleeping killed things and put them in the containers. I am unafraid. I then realized that I am a necromancer. {Iâ??m not in real life, but whatever}
I flicked my wrist and raise power at the same time. The boy sits up. Heâ??s been dead this whole time. The drawers slide open and things start to come out.
I slash my hand down and say â??deadâ?Â

I never tried to analyze dreams because the ones i have, i can emotionally feel and that tells me everythign i need to know usually.

Some say that the different characters in your dreams are aspects of yourself. The room would seem to be your subconscious mind, the boy is your so-called "inner child". A less new-agey way of saying that is that he's your emotional self. When you try to resurrect your inner emotions (dead boy), it opens you up to issues that you've been trying to bury and forget about (storage containers/coffins). In other words, you've got some problems that you need to face and overcome. Feathers come from birds, birds bring flight to mind and flight is ruled by the element air: air is the element associated with intellectuality, logic, reason, etc. My best guess is that your intellectuality is somehow stifling your emotions. Perhaps you're sacrificing how your heart feels for what you "think" is a logical choice? Or maybe it's the exact opposite. Maybe you have to come to a logical understanding of some emotional trouble you're facing.

I typically don't do this. I usually interpret my own dreams, but I guess I'm a tad curious as to what others think...anyway, some time back I had this dream. I'm in the habit of writing down my dreams in my journal as soon as I wake up so I don't forget them. this dream is about 6 pages long and very detailed (how I felt, what I was thinking, etc...), so I'll give the summarized version...
I was a loner, a wanderer. I was well equipped for combat (sword and staff), as well as magic. For as long as I could remember, I was always on the move because I was being pursued by these creatures in the guise of men. I think there were 5 or 6 of them. I was powerful in my own right, few things were capable of defeating me, but in this instance, i was out numbered. so i was always on the move. I passed through many towns, but never stayed long. I came across this group of people, maybe 3 or 4 familes and a few others. Sort of like a village (they were located on the edge of a vast field surrounded by a forest). They were being attacked by something spiritual, like a demon, and I defeated it for them. At that moment, they all looked up to me. I wasn't their leader (the elders of the village were their leaders), more like their protector, but they followed and looked up to me anyway. I stayed with them a short while then one night I had a vision that the "dark men" were coming. I ran out of my hut to the guy who was the main leader and told him to gather everyone and head to the woods as quickly as they could move. My horse was brought to me, as well as the leader's (mine and his were the only two horses left in the village). I told them all to go and not look back. I saw the "dark men" emerge from the woods on the far end of the field, and told everyone to hurry. I saw this little girl walking around dazed, she'd been seperated from her family, I gigged my horse toward her and pulled one of those riding tricks where I held onto the mane and leaned down, scooping the girl up in my arm. I rode toward the woods and saw her parents. I handed her over to them. I jogged back to the deserted village toward the shack the horses were kept in and put my horse in one of the stalls. I ran and hid in the tack room.
I think they found me...I remember thinking while i waited in the tack room that I knew I was alone. No one was going to be there to help me against these creatures. That they were going to find me, and I would have to somehow fight them off....
Then I woke up. What are your opinions?

I think it's dumb you were carrying a sword and a staff at the same time. It's like you're trying to pretend you're a warrior, but you don't know what you're doing.
It would have been better with sex. With the dark men. yeah.

I read this just prior to going to bed that night;
Experiencing anger is like sitting in the bathtub frantically thrashing around and throwing handfuls of water into the air while simultaneously wondering why the hell your head and face keep getting wet. Youâ??re in a stupor so deep you can't even see that you're the one causing the problem.
It takes far more energy to sustain anger than to let to go. It only seems difficult to drop your anger because you have built up a habit of responding in a certain way to certain situations. Reacting to anger is an addiction, pure and simple, just like smoking Marlboro. Objectively it takes more resources to keep smoking than to stop. You giving it up seems much harder than continuing because youâ??re addicted.
Hardcore Zen by Bard Warner {125, 126}
I decided then that I wasnâ??t going to be angry anymore. I wasnâ??t going to be sad. All the things that happened to me growing up werenâ??t going to be a problem. I let it all go. Then I was happy for the first time in a very long time.
Thank you for your interpretations.

Dreams are a reflection on what you have seen recently and how your mind deals with them. More importantly they allow you to understand yourself and can make you life better if you understand yourself better.
Try sitting in a dark room facing a mirror with one yellow candel and just look at your self and clear your mind. It will have a similar effect but your can have greater control and remember better.

[center]So last night I had a bit of an odd dream. That wasn't much unlike any of my other dreams (which all are quite vivid) except being particularly gruesome and jumping around quite a bit.
It started out in a carnival area where there were many food vendors and I was with my brother we went to a hamburger shop looked around a bit then turned to a taco kiosk where there was a black lady she asked me what I wanted and I began to tell her I wanted a soft taco with banana peppers. Suddenly we were behind the taco making counter with her and people started to come up (if I remember correctly there were two people on my left and three people on my right and the taco lady was standing next to me) asking for different kinds of drugs all of which looked like things that you could buy over the counter. I started to get mad. (at this point in the dream I was now a girl with a golden brown hair and my brother had disappeared) She wasn't making my taco so I ran out of the taco kiosk through what had now turned into a skateboarding shop (i don't skateboard) outside and it was a beach I started running down the beach looking for cops yelling "She's selling drugs in the taco shop" and finally found some cops and took them there. The next thing I can remember after this is crouching around the skateboard shop stealing things (i intended to steal them I believe) picking out a skateboard and hiding beinnd the racks running to the other side of the store picking out some shoes. There was only one person in front when I got in a big man with black pants no shirt and a Mohawk of which I believe was black hair. He was passing behind the counter where the taco shop once was. (It wasn't there anymore) While I was looking for shoes ( i remember seeing a pair of black shoes with read on them that I wanted) two ore people appeared a girl with red hair and a black man in an office through a big wooden door with a long glass window in it. I asked the red haired lady what would happen to the shop she said "With out the drug money were going to have to close down" She also said something about me being the girl that told on them and called me some names and the black man came out and praised me for it took me back into his office and before we could sit down and talk the red haired lady knocked on the door and I opened it. She then stabbed me in the throat. (With a very ornate double edged blade. It had a silver handle and gems all over it.) The next thing I can remember is walking down the road with him and seeing my family's car I picked some silly putty up that appeared on the ground up and threw it at their car they all looked back but didn't stop so me and the black an continued walking to my house. After this the next thing I remember is standing at the top of a big stair case in front of the house the black man at the bottom of the stairs waiting. Finally my family pulled up and i said "Hello". The mother figure saw the knife in my neck and freaked out.
This is when I woke up I could still feel the knife in my neck. I told my boyfriend about it when I woke up then went back to sleep.

I had many small dreams last night. One would always lead into another. The last dream I had, and oddly the only one I can clearly remember involved me getting back in contact with an ex. We didn't exactly part on good terms. And in this dream I heard mention of my summoning Orobas to help reconcile my ex and I. And he did. And somehow my ex knew about it and was glad. I remember clearly a voice saying that all he (I'm assuming Orobas) asked in return was that I post my good results on OF.
Then I immediately woke up and felt refreshed and happy. And a tad bit confused. I had never heard of Orobas before this. I had always been more drawn to other demons, but never felt comfortable enough to evoke them. So after I woke up, I got online and looked up the name, which had been spelled out to me in my dream. You can imagine my shock (or maybe you can't) when I found out this wasn't just a made up person in my dreams.
I searched the OF for posts about Orobas and found at least one that was semi-interesting. I searched two other occult-related forums for the same thing. I guess my question is this: is it possible for a demon to initiate the first contact? Like maybe he wants me to evoke him to help me with what I need. Or am I just a dildonic moron?
I have been reading about evocation for about 4 years now, but have never settled on any demon that I felt comfortable enough to evoke. But for some reason, I have this unexplained desire to evoke Orobas. And for once I feel confident that I won't fail.
If I had evoked him previously, then I might just chalk this up to my not banishing him properly. But until my dream, I had never heard of him. His voice in my dream was somewhat manly (for lack of a better word) and very soothing. Almost like how I would expect a hypnotist's voice to be. It relaxed me.
I am interested to hear what your thoughts are on this. I wasn't sure where to put this thread either, so feel free to move it if need be.

Orobas is a very good and reliable demon, you don't need to worry about him failing you or tricking you. I've only read one story of Orobas overpowering an individual and i have reason to believe this was not an actual case to be attributed to Orbas.
As you may know Orobas is a equine divinity, and as such you may encounter him as a sacred dog instead of a person at times. So maybe you can look back into your past dreams and visions and see where he may have already contacted you.
Like I said, and do, always say about Orobas, he is a good friend and very reliable especially for job relationships and other such manifestations of the infinite.
I became invoked into the world of demonology through a large imp that was under the employment (I use this term very loosely, it is not like a corporation) of Haures, who has also turned out to be a good friend, and whom I believe I encountered a year earlier in a dream where I was roaming around in the jungle on the back of a black panther. There was a tiger stalking me and then I noticed my black panther had wings so we flew over the Ganges river and down a waterfall clliff,then I woke up.
Later on I learned it was Flauros/Haures behind the imp I summoned a year later and I enjoy a tertiary relationship with him, though I've never asked him to do anything for me. We just seem to be on the same side of things in general and I don't need to ask for anything.
