Toxins seem to be evil of the moralists, ego of the rationalists and mara of the buddhists. Once toxins are eliminated, man attains Cosmic Consciousness. I attribute my sadistic tendencies, perverted propensities and evil & egoistic nature to toxins.

I have adopted following multi-pronged approach for ejecting out toxins :-

(1) hypno-meditation,
(2) chantings and
(3) breathing exercises.
