Hiya,

I have been told to meditate on the Fool card as well as the colour Yellow....

Can someone please tell me how to meditate upon the card/s and how this will affect me...my environment, etc...also focusing and meditating on the colour yellow...?

I have asked one or two people and they tell me it will open up the energy and bring in new energy into my life, joyous carefree forward movement....how does this work and will I notice it?

When I meditate or 'sleep' on my cards to induce dreams I always picture myself first as viewing the images in the card as life size and then me walking up to the card. Feel the warmth and confidence that you are safe and step into the card. Then flow with the images and watch what happens within the card.

I believe meditating on cards helps open the flow between you and the meaning of the card ...as well as with the deck. Everything else is left to interpretation. For example, what does yellow mean to you? To me it symbolises spring, youth and happyness...to someone else it could be completely different. Same goes with the fool card. To me it's about the new beginnings in life...having courage to take the first step on that path prepared to learn...prepared to become more.

To answer what will happen in your life by doing this is something that can't really be predicted.. it depends on multiple things like what do the fool and the colour yellow mean to you? What is your intent in this? Or where do you want it to take you? Is it realistic? etc...

I hope that helps even though it was a little vague towards the end.

I simply live the card until it sinks in and gives a burst of insight. There are four colours attributed to each trump and each represents a degradation, or pollution, of light. Yellow is the pure light of the Fool. Meditate on that.
