Has anyone wondered the origin of the planetary days and hours. I mean I have done some research on the subject and didn't found anything solid, like astrologickal references. So does this order of the planetary attributions to the days is just another mental creation or is there anything more substantial to this attribution.

I don't put any stock into the planetary days and hours myself. I generally have an aversion to ideas that are stretched to fit. I consider it a throwback from when they didn't know how many planets there really were. It would be likes using a form of magic where you believed the world is flat - not that it couldn't work, it just wouldn't be the most efficient way. To wit: If you were going to make a cross country trip, taking a rickshaw wouldn't be the method most conducive to your success, but if you just wanted to do it for the experience itself - knock yourself out I guess

which system of hours/days?
There is Great Key of Solomon.
Lesser Key of Solomon (ars Paulina)
and something or other called the Magical Calendar.
I haven't looked too deeply into the Magical Calendar so I don't know how it fits.
As far as Planetary Days, wouldn't that be fairly connected to the Astrological System that gave us the zodiac?
I would tend to stick to the Days,
Sun-Sol
Mon-Luna
Tue-Mercury
Wed-Mars
Thurs-Jupiter
Fri-Venus
Sat-Saturn
Don't know if I like the hours/days in the Greater Key.
I liked the hours in the first book of Ars Paulina, but that has more to do with Governing Angels than Planets.
Obviously the kabbala could and has been done.
I would say definitely there is something to this, it just depends on which system you're using.

As far as I know, the correspondences of planets with days originated in the correspondence of gods/goddesses with days, and these divinites were in turn associated with the visible planets. Here's a
pretty informative website about it.
Personally, I don't think the days have anything to do with the actual planets. I think it is a much more sophisticated idea than that. IMO, planetary influence is just another way of naming a group of associated traits that cut across categories that we normally keep separate, like plants, animals, rocks, and time. A solid knowledge of planetary correspondences allows me to see relationships that would have been invisible otherwise. I work with plants a lot, and I have been often very surprised to see physical aspects of plants even on the chemical level revealed by planetary correspondence--the kind of relationship that modern thinking could never show. The concept of planetary correspondence is pretty handy for breaking through compartmentalized thinking.
