Faeries as Archons?

Post by Occult Forum Archive »

Hiya, I was just wondering for those who believe in such things how people view Faeries? I believe in them in some sense but I am not sure exactly how to view them.
Are they spirits of nature like Devas, as in the spirits of streams and plants and rocks etc.? Or are they independently seperate beings who simply live in nature? Are they interdimensional beings who materialize sometimes from the land of fey? That definition would technically make them aliens wouldnt it?

Coming at this from an eclectic kind of perspective and learning about gnosticism it occurred to me that the good folk may actually be Archons, or rogue servitor like entities that feed off our energies. I have come to suspect this for a number of reasons such as the old legends say that the fey would only play tricks on people who didnt believe in them. They definitely seem to be some kind of electro magnetic entities in some regard as Iron and electric wiring is supposed keep them away. (thats why horse shoes are lucky)

While reading a book about crowley and the ouija board it said that almost all "spirits" that people talk to on the ouija board are in fact elementals mascerading as peoples dead relatives or whoever. Perhaps using left over psychic energy from a real dead person as a means of getting through to the ouija board users. Now I dont think it meant traditional faerie types when it said elementals but still it did say those elementals feed of our energies, which is why they want to talk on the ouija. However the book also seemed to regard these elementals as not our creations like archons would be, just that these elementals feed off us like metaphysical parasites.

What is also interesting is that if the fey are some kind of low level archons, then perhaps aliens are just a modern version of faeries for a technological age. The elementals realized not many people believe in them anymore so they had to change there form to something fitting for today. There is a definite similarity between abduction tales and fairy tales about going to fairy land. Also they used to call crop circles fairy circles as it was suppose to be where the fairies had been dancing. Another thing that is interesting is that in england the classic "grey" aliens apparrently were almost never reported until movies and TV shows about aliens from America came there. Now obviously a lot of alien witnesses are mistaken or lying but isnt it quite possible that spirits or elementals come in whatever form people will most accept them? just like on the ouija board. I know I am not the first to come up with this idea but finding much info on it has been pretty hard its usually a clue hear or there on a subject that is totally different.

Ive actually seen faeries a couple times, though I was high on wormwood hash.. heh. but still it was pretty damn cool, perfectly real looking, and for some reason I got the idea their dimension was in a giant emerald floating in a void, or at least that is the random hallucination and idea that came into my mind, not saying i believe it. Then again faeries often are associated with certain psychedelics like, amanita muscaria or Terrence Mckennas Self transforming machine elves on DMT. Some natives of south america see and work with elf spirits that they see from their DMT snuff Yopo. Coincedently Terrence Mckenna hinted at basically the same thing I did on a recording I heard of him taking about UFOs. Does anyone want to speculate about the connection between psychedelics and faeries? Or do peopel think it is just some kind of hallucinatory Archetype that is brought up around all kinds of people around the world through the collective unconscious or something?

Sorry if this idea offends anyone who is really into faeries or anything I dont mean any offense I am just trying to better understand, I would like traditional perspectives as well on what they are. And sorry about the awkward writing I am to hung over right now to do better.

You need to space out your post into paragraphs so people can read it or make the font bigger. Maybe both.

You can edit your post to make it more readable.

Faeries as Archons?

On the connection between faeries and aliens.

Theres a few classical accounts of fey living in little mounds.
I remember hearing about a place called Puget Sound in Scotland that has some connection to this.

Wouldn't a flying saucer look like a little mound when its parked out in the woods?

There are a couple of interesting issues raised in this post. I do not believe the Archons can be identified with either Elementals like Faeries or the Devas.

The first is about the nature of the Devas and the Elementals. Basically, it is my opinion that the Devas translate the fundamental energy of Being into states where it can be actualized. They do this thru the patterns or archetypes of all things which they engineer. I hate to use words like layers, worlds and other hierarchical terms but it seems the Celestial Devas have a greater connection and broader range of activity than those which are Terrestrial Devas (meaning, directly connected and active within the physical world). The Elementals actualize the potentiality of the Devas to manifest the ‘worlds.’ So, if there is a forest, as a basic example, it may be an expression of a single Deva working through all the other life forms of the forest to beings it into existence and support them.

The Archons are figures in Gnostic texts which are, fundamentally, parasitic entities. There are various interpretations of exactly and who and what they are in detail. Some relate them to the Chitahuri Reptilians. Gnosticism would be at odd with what I outlined about the Devas since it believes the material world is evil and the product of a tyrannical demiurge.
