Sorry shaam, "Obvious Troll is obvious" is a phrase which comes from the internet (the chans to be specific), it's meant to point out that someone's actions/words are really obviously intended to 'troll'. Where 'trolling' is the art of instigating arguments, hostility, distraction, attention, drama, etc. Basically trolling boils down to a game of "how can I be an effective attention whore?", generally at the expense of a forum or other community setting. If you think of children who misbehave in order to get attention, then you'll understand the thrust of it. Of course some trolls are inspired more by vandalous impulse than the actual attention. These tend to be more subtle about it in my experience though.
The trick to trolling 'well' is generally regarded as a matter of subtle art. To slip things in, and create drama, without being very obvious about it. Ambiguity is the key in such things. Thus the phrase "Obvious Troll is obvious" is both a matter of calling a person out on the act of trolling, while simultaneously pointing out their lack of artistry at what they're trying to do.
Often trolls will make remarks which could be construed as antagonistic, but are not explicitly so. They will generally try to work in subject matter which is very polarizing or controversial, like racism, religion, abortion, holocaust, etc.

Ok 1911, I'll be very explicit and adult about it. But remember, you have, in so many words, asked for this I was perfectly content to just lightly tease you about your trolling with "obvious troll is obvious" comments.
Anyway, your efforts to create controversy, arguments, drama, etc. are for the most part, kinda lame. Which is meant as an observation, not an insult.
For example, starting threads with an overt seeded potential to turn into flame-fests (like 'snuff' poetry, or threads exploring the merits fascism, ie: the only two threads you've started), or making ambiguously condescending comments, using an avatar which might provoke someone, or working in phrases like:
stupidity begets stupidity tenfold lets get real and quit acting like a bunch of common street niggers and do something worthwhile?
which simultaneously raises the issue of racism, and taunts moderators to comment on your choice of words (relative to forum rules), while at the same time creating inuendo that there is 'supidity afoot', without pointing any fingers (again with the ambiguous condescending) in an effort to inspire drama.
There is no subtlety to any of it. Not a lot of thought or artistry either. Where's the nuance? You're being really obvious. Thus "obvious troll is obvious", or put another way, you're not very good at trolling. Which is not to say that I support trolling, because I don't. I think it is most unhelpful to a forum's content & membership base. But I can admire skill in anything, even something I am not a proponent of.
Of course there is also the issue that you may feel that you have 'baited' me into responding to you with hostility. But I do not feel any hostility towards you. I probably would have paid less attention to your comments without the ambiguous baiting though, so if that's an achievement, i dunno, 'congratulations'?
Of course the next act in the play, is to allude to some higher purpose or reasoning behind your actions which isn't being grasped by the peasants. Or to claim victory in some sense because you *feel* that you've gotten an impassioned response (whether it is or not). Or to say that you are in fact the one being trolled. I dunno, there's a variety of ways you could run with this.
All of which really doesn't boil down to much of anything except a very deep need for attention. Which is kinda saddening really. But ultimately I am fairly indifferent to your emotional needs. I don't dislike you, but I'm just not very interested. The same could be said of your trolling comments. They're not upsetting, I'm more inspired to comment on their lack of artistry. Of course I am violating conventional wisdom, which is "don't feed the trolls" (in the sense of don't respond to them and give them attention). So it seems I have gone along with your effort to derail this topic, other than that I don't have much to offer you other than bemusement. And I mean bemusement is a form of attention too I suppose. So I dunno, does it hit the spot? or is it disappointing? You have won my interest to a degree, but not my 'caring' in either a negative or positive sense.
*shrug*
Of course, having said all of this, I've kinda expended most of my interest. (was it good for you?)
So I wouldn't hold my breath if you hope to fan this into a more elaborate drama, or rivalry, or ongoing flamewar, or whatever.
PS- I was always curious but never got around to asking, was the name 1911 a reference to the colt, or something else? I'm always intrigued by what makes people choose the screen names they do.

anyways, appologies to you Shaam, if this has drifted off the subject of what you intended to discuss. But in a roundabout way, I think it's kinda still on topic
good thing this is in the troll pit eh?
