Cold

Hi all im new here on the forum

I have a question.
Is there anyone else here that suffers from extremely cold hands and feet since started to work with magick?
My face and chest and legs are the opposit they always warm but its only my hands and feet thats cold.
They get so cold they hurt.

Cold hands and feet, non-magically speaking, are often a sign of nervousness or anxiety. The body withdraws blood from the extremities in situations of danger to fuel internal essential organs.

Hmm im feeling pretty well no nervousness and no anxiety i work off my stress in the gym .
Can be something other , maybe time to go visit a doctor

I have been like this over a year now.

Paitisha, I think a trip to the doctors would be a good thing, there is more than likely a perfectly mundane explanation, but as you say you exercise, poor circulation due to inactivity can pretty much be ruled out.

From a magickal perspective normally when I perform any ritual I notice a marginal increase in temperature and warmth, Ive never decided if this is a magickal side effect, physical exersion or just the damn candles heating the temple up
