I keep seing the numbers 9-11 in that sequence for a long time now.
Do you know any occult meannings or any influence that they may have in human life?

I could say: Wot,are you having a laugh? mostly because 'nine eleven' has become a buzzword [or more accurately number] due to the horrendous events of 09/11/01, or as we write it here in the UK : 11/9/01.

As you have hyphenated them thusly : 9-11,I don't think you are,so I 'll answer seriously.

Some would say it's aphophenic,you see the numbers and make a connection in your mind,so afterwards they seem to appear in increasing regularity and there becomes a cause/effect correlation.Others would say this still has symbolic or esoteric meaning despite this or agree it is significant purely because it's aphophenia.

All numbers could be said to have Occultic influence/meaning and various systems use numerology as a tool/structure/pillar of association and correspondance. I will have a look for some information for you and post it later.A search on the web will give you tons of information too,much more than I can here,though I 'll be happy to give my own perspective too.

Personally,I like to explore anything that recurs to me often /regularly,I percieve this as my subconscious trying to tell conscious me something interesting.

I do see it as my subconcious trying to tell me something, as I am not the onlt person who has witness this number re accurin. I mentioned this to a couple of people and they also started to notice the number appearing. And I dont think it has anything to do with the event 9/11/01.
Some people even reported to me that they also had dreams with me on them and the number 9-11. I heard it has something to do with Kabbalah...but Im not sure.
So I wanted to see if anyone else is having the same problem...

I honestly think that if significant numbers of people are seeing this as a meme ,then it's as a recognition effect,brought on by repeated exposure to '9/11' in the Media over time.A less PC way of putting that would be a manifestation of subconscious mass hysteria and .or confirmation bias.

If the people you talked with only began seeing the numbers AFTER your conversations with them about the numbers,then it is most likely to be a form of confirmation bias : they expect a connection so begin to see one.A self fulfilling prophecy can occur.

I think you should explore the personal significance to you and not worry too much about other people,at this time.What you said before about Shin in mediation,perhaps you should also check out if/how it might connect with these numbers.

I believe there is a connection between 9 AND 11 on the tree of life,but that's not my area of knowledge.I'm not a Ceremonialist or Quabalist,so I can't comment much beyond basics.

which is really positive and didn't really fit well with one I found for 11.

One of the sites Nehemah stuck up on one of the earlier posts (the one for Master Numbers) talked about 11 and 2 having the same meanings and said that it was a number that had something to do with intuition.

And, as it turns out, the site even had (at the bottom of the page) a link to the meaning of the number 11.

5 protects there life
6 means man
8 means infinite and you will rarely see this used as its one of the few good numbers so you see q and z both equate to 8
9 means fall of man (also relates to eve)
10 means god
11 means illuminati and they mean it as they are 1 better than god
